Showcookings by the chefs Fran Burgos, from La Fava Restaurant in Benidorm, and Miquel Ruiz, from El Baret de Miquel in Dénia. They will cook a tapa with “broad bean from El Poble Nou”. Afterwards, a wine and tapas tasting will be offered to all the attendees. Enlivened by the music of the duo Tàndem. The event will be presented by Ana Sirvent Gisbert, nutritionist and co-host of ‘La Cuina de Morera’ on À Punt.
